In our endeavor to offer a novel mode of learning, Talent Bridge Consultants has joined hands with Outdoor Adventure Management, an organization committed to experiential learning and developing outbound activities. The aim is to initiate out of the box approaches to problem solving, team building, risk management, break-through motivation and create a harmonious environment at work.
Talent Bridge Consultants through Outdoor Adventure Management (OAM) brings to our clients a team of Dedicated, Experienced and Qualified Adventure Experts. These professional outbound trainers are driven with the goal of training corporate houses to co-create versatile & cohesive team units all throughout the organisation. Thus enabling the corporate managers to successfully face the challenges of the highly competitive corporate world effectively; experiencing Team work and Trust through these Outbound trainings.
Outdoor Adventure Management has been actively involved in successfully conducting OMD workshops for corporate houses across India. The methodology followed includes active reviewing skills, processing experience and experiential learning through outbound training.
